Unopened, unused products may be eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, products must be in their original packaging and condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (i.e., incorrect or damaged product).

Refunds are issued only for approved, unopened returns or in the rare case of product damage or shipping error.
