At Blue Bootied Beauty, we take pride in crafting high-quality, all-natural skincare in small batches. Due to the nature of our products and for safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

Returns & Exchanges

Unopened, unused products may be eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, products must be in their original packaging and condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (i.e., incorrect or damaged product).
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on:
